University Of Derby Now Ranks In Top 50 In The Guardian University Guide
The University of Derby has been ranked in the Top 50 in The Guardian University Guide 2017 after climbing 25 places. The university has made the leap from 73rd to 48th place out of 119 institutions – the second biggest jump in the country – to achieve its highest ever ranking! As well as being great news for the city, it is also very important for local landlords. The Guardian league tables rank universities based on a number of criteria in which Derby showed improved performance across all criteria. As Professor Kathryn Mitchell, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Derby has commented, it’s particularly positive to be recognised in the Top 50 in the country by The Guardian as it puts such an emphasis on student experience and satisfaction.

The change really proves that Derby is on the up. But it also means that landlords need to continuously upgrade their properties accommodation to keep it in line with other city accommodation improvements like Cathedral Court and Roman House Studios. This improvement also includes engineering facilities like the new high-tech Infinity Park which we’ve covered in our newsletters.

The message is clear: Derby is on the rise and the standard of student properties needs to keep up!
